  3. 3. Chop the preserved lemon very finely as well.
  4. 4. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and chop it finely.
  5. 5. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
  6. 6. Whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and oil in a small bowl to make the dressing.
  7. 7. Place the drained beans, chopped garlic, parsley, and preserved lemon into a large bowl.
  8. 8. Pour the dressing over the beans and mix everything thoroughly.
  9. 9. Let the salad marinate for about 30 minutes before serving.
