🍽️ Lemon Cream Cheese Balls with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 300 g cream cheese
- 50 g quark
- 50 g finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp unpeeled grated lemon zest
- 1 pinch unpeeled grated orange zest
- 100 g coarsely grated Parmesan (for rolling)
Instructions
- 1. Put the cream cheese into a bowl.
- 2. Add the quark.
- 3. Add the grated Parmesan.
- 4. Add the lemon juice.
- 5. Grate the lemon zest and add it.
- 6. Grate the orange zest and add it.
- 7. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 8. Check if the mixture is too moist.
- 9. If yes, stir in some more grated Parmesan.
- 10. Wet your hands with water.
- 11. Form small balls from the mixture.
- 12. Grate more Parmesan coarsely.
- 13. Roll the balls in the grated Parmesan.
- 14. Keep the balls cool until you serve them.
