  1. 1. Cut off a small lid from the top of the lemons and slightly straighten the bottom, then remove the flesh and squeeze the juice through a sieve.
  2. 2. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks together with half the amount of sugar and about 6 tablespoons of lemon juice until frothy in a water bath.
  3. 3. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff and fold them together with the flour into the egg yolk mixture. Fill the mixture into the lemons and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Then remove and serve immediately.
