  2. 2. Put sugar, ice cubes, lemon sorbet, and Limoncello into a blender.
  3. 3. Blend the ingredients until a fine, snow-like mixture forms.
  4. 4. Spread some sugar onto a plate.
  5. 5. Press the rim of the chilled glasses into the sugar to coat them.
  6. 6. Fill the lemon foam into the prepared glasses.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the dessert with fresh lemon zest (grated or peeled).
  8. 8. Top up the glasses with Prosecco.
  9. 9. Serve the drink immediately while it is still fizzing vigorously.
