🍽️ Icy Lemon Foam with Limoncello and Sparkling Wine

Ingredients
- 4 tsp extra-fine sugar (maybe a little more for decorating)
- 9 pieces ice cubes
- 1 grated lemon peel (organic)
- 1 bottle Prosecco (chilled)
- 250 g lemon sorbet (ready-made)
- 4 tbsp lemon liqueur
Instructions
- 1. Place the drinking glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill them thoroughly.
- 2. Put sugar, ice cubes, lemon sorbet, and Limoncello into a blender.
- 3. Blend the ingredients until a fine, snow-like mixture forms.
- 4. Spread some sugar onto a plate.
- 5. Press the rim of the chilled glasses into the sugar to coat them.
- 6. Fill the lemon foam into the prepared glasses.
- 7. Sprinkle the dessert with fresh lemon zest (grated or peeled).
- 8. Top up the glasses with Prosecco.
- 9. Serve the drink immediately while it is still fizzing vigorously.
