  1. 1. Rinse two lemons thoroughly and grate the zest finely.
  2. 2. Extract the juice from all the lemons.
  3. 3. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water.
  4. 4. Add the lemon juice.
  5. 5. Put everything in a bowl and place it in the freezer compartment.
  6. 6. Let it freeze for 4 hours and stir well every hour. Alternatively, prepare it in an ice cream maker.
  7. 7. Serve the finished sorbet decorated with the grated lemon zest.
