🍽️ Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients
- 6 untreated lemons
- 300 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Rinse two lemons thoroughly and grate the zest finely.
- 2. Extract the juice from all the lemons.
- 3. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water.
- 4. Add the lemon juice.
- 5. Put everything in a bowl and place it in the freezer compartment.
- 6. Let it freeze for 4 hours and stir well every hour. Alternatively, prepare it in an ice cream maker.
- 7. Serve the finished sorbet decorated with the grated lemon zest.
