Ingredients
- 6 untreated lemons
- 300 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemons to extract the juice.
- 2. Scrape out the empty lemon shells thoroughly with a teaspoon.
- 3. Place the empty lemon shells in the freezer compartment.
- 4. Dissolve the sugar in 400 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 5. Stir the lemon juice into the sugar syrup mixture.
- 6. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- 7. Place the bowl in the freezer compartment.
- 8. Let the mixture freeze for four hours.
- 9. Stir the mixture well once every hour during the freezing time.
- 10. Take the frozen lemon shells out of the freezer compartment.
- 11. Fill the lemon shells with the finished sorbet.
- 12. Crush some ice into small pieces.
- 13. Decorate the plate with the crushed ice.
- 14. Place the filled lemon shells on top of the ice.
