  2. 2. Scrape out the empty lemon shells thoroughly with a teaspoon.
  3. 3. Place the empty lemon shells in the freezer compartment.
  4. 4. Dissolve the sugar in 400 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  5. 5. Stir the lemon juice into the sugar syrup mixture.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  7. 7. Place the bowl in the freezer compartment.
  8. 8. Let the mixture freeze for four hours.
  9. 9. Stir the mixture well once every hour during the freezing time.
  10. 10. Take the frozen lemon shells out of the freezer compartment.
  11. 11. Fill the lemon shells with the finished sorbet.
  12. 12. Crush some ice into small pieces.
  13. 13. Decorate the plate with the crushed ice.
  14. 14. Place the filled lemon shells on top of the ice.
