🍽️ Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients
- 6 untreated lemons
- 300 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Wash two lemons thoroughly under hot water and peel the zest thinly.
- 2. Squeeze all the lemons.
- 3. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water.
- 4. Add the lemon juice.
- 5. Place the mixture in a bowl and put it in the freezer compartment.
- 6. Freeze for four hours, stirring well every hour.
- 7. Alternatively, freeze in an ice cream maker.
- 8. Cut the lemon zest into fine strips.
- 9. Serve the finished sorbet decorated with the lemon zest strips.
