- 3. Squeeze all the lemons to extract the juice.
- 4. Dissolve sugar in 400 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 5. Add the lemon juice to the sugar solution.
- 6. Pour the mixture into a suitable bowl.
- 7. Place the bowl in the freezer compartment.
- 8. Let the mixture freeze for four hours.
- 9. Stir the mixture well once every hour.
- 10. Garnish the finished sorbet with the grated lemon peel.
