  5. 5. Remove the hard ends and strings from the beans.
  6. 6. Place the beans in a pot.
  7. 7. Cover the beans with salted water.
  8. 8. Bring the water to a boil.
  9. 9. Reduce the heat to medium.
  10. 10. Cover the pot.
  11. 11. Cook the beans for 8 to 10 minutes.
  12. 12. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  13. 13. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
  14. 14. Cut the lemon in half.
  15. 15. Cut two thin slices from the lemon.
  16. 16. Place the lemon slices on a small plate.
  17. 17. Squeeze the rest of the lemon.
  18. 18. Rinse the turkey schnitzels.
  19. 19. Pat the schnitzels dry with kitchen paper.
  20. 20. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper.
