  1. 1. Wash the lemons thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. 2. Grate about 2 tablespoons of lemon zest from one lemon.
  3. 3. Peel the lemon and carefully fillet the fruit flesh.
  4. 4. Remove all white pith and membranes from the fillet.
  5. 5. Divide the lobster into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Cook the linguine in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  7. 7. Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter in a small pan over low heat.
  8. 8. Sauté the lemon zest briefly in the melting butter.
  9. 9. Place the lemon fillets into the foaming butter.
  10. 10. Toss the fillets briefly in the butter.
  11. 11. Remove the pan from the heat.
  12. 12. Drain the pasta and reserve some of the cooking water.
  13. 13. Mix the pasta immediately with the butter-lemon mixture.
  14. 14. Stir in 2 to 3 tablespoons of the reserved cooking water.
  15. 15. Season the pasta with freshly ground pepper.
  16. 16. Divide the pasta onto plates immediately.
  17. 17. Top the pasta with 2 to 3 pieces of lobster each.
  18. 18. Garnish the dishes with fresh basil leaves.
