🍽️ Linguine with Lemon Butter and Lobster

Ingredients
- 400 g Linguine
- 2 Lemon
- butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 cooked Lobster (from the delicatessen)
- Basil (or lemon balm leaves)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemons thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 2. Grate about 2 tablespoons of lemon zest from one lemon.
- 3. Peel the lemon and carefully fillet the fruit flesh.
- 4. Remove all white pith and membranes from the fillet.
- 5. Divide the lobster into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Cook the linguine in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- 7. Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter in a small pan over low heat.
- 8. Sauté the lemon zest briefly in the melting butter.
- 9. Place the lemon fillets into the foaming butter.
- 10. Toss the fillets briefly in the butter.
- 11. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 12. Drain the pasta and reserve some of the cooking water.
- 13. Mix the pasta immediately with the butter-lemon mixture.
- 14. Stir in 2 to 3 tablespoons of the reserved cooking water.
- 15. Season the pasta with freshly ground pepper.
- 16. Divide the pasta onto plates immediately.
- 17. Top the pasta with 2 to 3 pieces of lobster each.
- 18. Garnish the dishes with fresh basil leaves.
