  2. 2. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally, season with pepper, place them on the lemon slices, drizzle with lemon juice, and add 125 ml of broth.
  3. 3. Prepare the vegetables, wash them, and chop them into small pieces.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and carrots, dice the onion, and cut the carrots into strips. Cook them with the remaining vegetables in the broth for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Grill the meat in a preheated oven at 250°C using the top heat or under the broiler for about 8-10 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven, season with salt, sprinkle with chives, arrange on the lemon slices, and serve with the vegetables.
