  3. 3. Pat the chicken completely dry with kitchen paper.
  4. 4. Cut the chicken into 8 equal pieces.
  5. 5. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  7. 7. Cut the lemon into 8 equal wedges.
  8. 8. Peel the potatoes and rinse them.
  9. 9. Halve the potatoes.
  10. 10. Remove the chorizo sausages from their casing.
  11. 11. Rinse the thyme sprigs under running water.
  12. 12. Shake the thyme sprigs dry.
  13. 13. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
  14. 14. Place the chicken pieces in the prepared dish.
  15. 15. Add the lemon wedges to the dish.
  16. 16. Add the halved potatoes to the dish.
  17. 17. Add the chorizo sausages to the dish.
  18. 18. Add the garlic to the dish.
  19. 19. Add the thyme sprigs to the dish.
  20. 20. Pour the broth over all ingredients in the dish.
  21. 21. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
  22. 22. Roast the dish for 35 to 40 minutes.
  23. 23. Remove the dish from the oven.
  24. 24. Serve the dish immediately.
