  1. 1. Rinse the lemongrass stalks thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Slice only the soft, lower parts of the stalks. Do not use the hard, woody ends.
  3. 3. Pour 400 milliliters of water into a pot and add the lemongrass slices.
  4. 4. Bring the water to a boil and then let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Strain the liquid to remove the lemongrass pieces.
  6. 6. Place the strained tea in the refrigerator until it has cooled completely.
  7. 7. Fill glasses with a few ice cubes.
  8. 8. Pour the cold lemongrass tea over the ice cubes.
  9. 9. Top up the drink with apple juice to your liking.
  10. 10. Place the remaining lemongrass stalks in the glasses as decoration.
