🍽️ Refreshing Lemongrass Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 4 lemongrass stalks
- 100 ml clear apple juice
- ice cubes (for the glasses)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemongrass stalks thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Slice only the soft, lower parts of the stalks. Do not use the hard, woody ends.
- 3. Pour 400 milliliters of water into a pot and add the lemongrass slices.
- 4. Bring the water to a boil and then let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Strain the liquid to remove the lemongrass pieces.
- 6. Place the strained tea in the refrigerator until it has cooled completely.
- 7. Fill glasses with a few ice cubes.
- 8. Pour the cold lemongrass tea over the ice cubes.
- 9. Top up the drink with apple juice to your liking.
- 10. Place the remaining lemongrass stalks in the glasses as decoration.
