  1. 1. Combine the lemon juice with 250 ml of water, the mint, and the sugar, bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let steep for about 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Remove the mint and stir in the lemon liqueur. Pour the mixture into a shallow metal dish and freeze for about 5 hours, stirring with a fork every 30 minutes to prevent large ice crystals from forming.
  3. 3. Stir the finished granita well again, fill into glasses, and garnish with lemon wedges and mint.
