🍽️ Lemon Granita with Cream

Ingredients
- 6 Lemons (juice)
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 200 g whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Mix the lemon juice with 400 ml of water and stir in the powdered sugar until dissolved.
- 2. Whip the egg whites until stiff and combine them with the lemon-water mixture, then pour into a shallow baking dish or metal bowl.
- 3. Place the mixture in the freezer for about 3 hours, stirring at least once every hour.
- 4. Before serving, whip the cream until stiff and layer it with the granita in tall glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
