🍽️ Refreshing Lemon Iced Tea with Raspberries

Ingredients
- 1.5 untreated lemons
- 4 Darjeeling teas (in bags)
- sugar
- 80 g raspberries
Instructions
- 1. Wash one lemon thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Slice the washed lemon into thin rounds.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from the second lemon.
- 4. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat source.
- 6. Add the tea bags and the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the hot water.
- 7. Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
- 8. Sweeten the tea to your liking with sugar.
- 9. Sort the raspberries and remove any stems or unripe berries.
- 10. Rinse the raspberries briefly under cold water if necessary.
- 11. Place the lemon slices and raspberries into a pitcher.
- 12. Pour the cooled tea over the fruits in the pitcher.
- 13. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill the tea.
- 14. Serve the iced tea over ice cubes if desired.
