🍽️ Fresh Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 untreated lemons
- 1 tbsp honey
- 125 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch mustard powder
- 6 tbsp grape seed oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over two lemons.
- 2. Grate the fine yellow peel (zest) from one of the lemons.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of both lemons.
- 4. Whisk the lemon juice with the honey, lemon zest, broth, balsamic vinegar, and mustard powder.
- 5. Stir the oil into the mixture.
- 6. Season the dressing with sea salt.
- 7. Add a little more broth if the dressing is too thick.
