  2. 2. Grate the fine yellow peel (zest) from one of the lemons.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice out of both lemons.
  4. 4. Whisk the lemon juice with the honey, lemon zest, broth, balsamic vinegar, and mustard powder.
  5. 5. Stir the oil into the mixture.
  6. 6. Season the dressing with sea salt.
  7. 7. Add a little more broth if the dressing is too thick.
