Ingredients
- 1 untreated lime
- 1 untreated orange
- 50 g sour cream
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- salt
- mint (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the zest from the lime and the orange, ensuring you only get the colored outer layer.
- 2. Briefly dip the citrus zest into hot water to blanch it (cook briefly in boiling water).
- 3. Immediately shock the zest with cold water and let it drain well.
- 4. Squeeze the juice out of the lime and the orange.
- 5. Take two-thirds of the prepared zest.
- 6. Add the zest, citrus juice, sour cream, yogurt, and sugar to a bowl.
- 7. Stir the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- 8. Adjust the sugar to your taste by adding more or less.
- 9. Season the dressing with salt.
- 10. Fill the finished dressing into small bowls.
- 11. Use the remaining zest and fresh mint as decoration on top.
