  1. 1. Peel the zest from the lime and the orange, ensuring you only get the colored outer layer.
  2. 2. Briefly dip the citrus zest into hot water to blanch it (cook briefly in boiling water).
  3. 3. Immediately shock the zest with cold water and let it drain well.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice out of the lime and the orange.
  5. 5. Take two-thirds of the prepared zest.
  6. 6. Add the zest, citrus juice, sour cream, yogurt, and sugar to a bowl.
  7. 7. Stir the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  8. 8. Adjust the sugar to your taste by adding more or less.
  9. 9. Season the dressing with salt.
  10. 10. Fill the finished dressing into small bowls.
  11. 11. Use the remaining zest and fresh mint as decoration on top.
