🍽️ Lemon Dip with Yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 fresh egg yolks
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 150 ml oil
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- 1. Mix the egg yolks well together with mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Then add the oil first drop by drop and then in a thin stream while stirring constantly until a creamy mayonnaise forms.
- 2. Now stir in the yogurt, the lemon juice, as well as the lemon zest and the crème fraîche, and season to taste.
