  1. 1. Squeeze the juice from 4 lemons.
  2. 2. Add the lemon juice, 500 milliliters of water, and the honey to a pot.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture on the stove and stir while doing so.
  4. 4. Keep stirring until the honey has completely dissolved.
  5. 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
  6. 6. Let the lemon mixture cool down.
  7. 7. Place the cooled mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  8. 8. Rinse the remaining lemons under hot water.
  9. 9. Dry the lemons with a cloth.
  10. 10. Slice the lemons into thin rounds.
  11. 11. Wash the thyme sprigs.
  12. 12. Shake the thyme dry.
  13. 13. Distribute the lemon slices among 4 glasses.
  14. 14. Add the thyme sprigs to the glasses with the lemon slices.
  15. 15. Pour the cooled lemon water into the glasses.
  16. 16. Top up the glasses with cold sparkling water.
  17. 17. Serve the lemon thyme lemonade immediately.
