  2. 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Season the inside of the fish with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Rinse the herbs under running water.
  5. 5. Shake the herbs dry.
  6. 6. Stuff the herbs into the belly cavity of the fish.
  7. 7. Tie the fish together with kitchen twine.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic.
  9. 9. Peel the ginger.
  10. 10. Finely chop the garlic.
  11. 11. Finely chop the ginger.
  12. 12. Mix the chopped garlic and ginger with the jam.
  13. 13. Season the outside of the fish with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Drizzle the fish with the oil.
  15. 15. Place the fish on a grill tray.
  16. 16. Preheat the grill.
  17. 17. Place the grill tray with the fish on the hot grill.
  18. 18. Spread the jam mixture over the fish.
  19. 19. Close the grill lid.
  20. 20. Grill the fish for approx. 15 minutes.
  21. 21. Remove the fish from the grill.
  22. 22. Plate the fish.
  23. 23. Serve the fish.
