🍝 Creamy Lemon Pasta with Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 organic lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g bow-tie pasta
- salt
- 15 g butter (1 tbsp)
- 75 g pine nuts (5 tbsp)
- 1 handful fresh basil
- pepper
- 20 g parmesan (1 piece)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
- 2. Grate the lemon peel finely to get zest.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Slice the garlic into very thin pieces.
- 6. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add salt.
- 7. Cook the pasta in the salted water until al dente.
- 8. Follow the cooking time on the package instructions.
- 9. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
- 10. Add the fine garlic slices and the lemon zest to the pan.
- 11. Sauté the mixture gently for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 12. Heat a second pan for the pine nuts.
- 13. Roast the pine nuts in the pan until they smell fragrant.
- 14. Wash the basil under running water.
- 15. Shake the basil dry.
- 16. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 17. Drain the cooked pasta.
- 18. Add the drained pasta to the pan with the lemon mixture.
- 19. Fold in the roasted pine nuts into the pasta.
- 20. Season the pasta with freshly ground pepper.
- 21. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- 22. Mix the pasta well to combine all ingredients.
- 23. Fold in the fresh basil leaves into the warm pasta.
- 24. Divide the finished pasta onto four plates.
- 25. Grate fresh Parmesan over each dish.
- 26. Serve the pasta immediately while warm.
