  1. 1. Take soft butter and beat it in a bowl until creamy.
  2. 2. Add the fine lemon zest and the fine orange zest to the butter and mix everything well.
  3. 3. Stir the fresh lemon juice and the fresh orange juice into the butter mixture.
  4. 4. Season the butter with a pinch of salt and a pinch of freshly ground pepper.
  5. 5. Add a splash of Grand Marnier (orange liqueur) and stir it in.
  6. 6. Shape the finished butter into a compact roll.
  7. 7. Wrap the butter roll tightly in aluminum foil.
  8. 8. Place the wrapped butter in the refrigerator for at least one hour to firm up.
  9. 9. Slice the cold butter roll into thick slices before serving.
