🍽️ Crispy Potato and Lemon Gratin

Ingredients
- 1200 g red potatoes
- 4 organic lemons
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 sprigs parsley
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- 3. Rinse the lemons under hot water and pat them dry.
- 4. Slice the lemons into thin rounds as well.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the lemon slices.
- 6. Take a large baking dish and grease it with one teaspoon of oil.
- 7. Layer the dish with alternating slices of potatoes and lemons.
- 8. Drizzle the remaining oil over the layers.
- 9. Season everything lightly with salt and pepper.
- 10. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius with fan or gas mark 3).
- 11. Bake the gratin for about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 12. Wash the parsley thoroughly and shake off excess water.
- 13. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 14. Sprinkle the finished gratin with the chopped parsley.
