🍰 Fresh Quark with Lemon and Cardamom

Ingredients
- 0.5 organic lemon
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- 2 fresh figs
- 2 tsp pistachios
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 2. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
- 3. Grate one teaspoon of fine zest from the lemon.
- 4. Add the lemon zest to a bowl with quark.
- 5. Add yogurt, cardamom, and honey.
- 6. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 7. Let the quark mixture rest for about five minutes.
- 8. Wash the figs under running water.
- 9. Dry the figs with a cloth.
- 10. Slice the figs into thin pieces.
- 11. Finely chop the pistachios.
- 12. Place the fig slices on the plates.
- 13. Pour the quark mixture over the figs.
- 14. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top.
