🍰 Refreshing Lemon Yogurt Cream with Sugar Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 organic lemon
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
- 2. Grate the fine zest from the lemon using a grater.
- 3. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 4. Stir the quark in a bowl with the yogurt.
- 5. Add the lemon juice and honey to the quark mixture and stir everything well.
- 6. Fill the cream into four small bowls.
- 7. Place the bowls in the refrigerator for about one hour.
- 8. Put the sugar and two tablespoons of water into a small saucepan.
- 9. Bring the mixture in the saucepan to a boil.
- 10. Reduce the heat to very low.
- 11. Let the liquid simmer for about three minutes.
- 12. Add the lemon zest to the saucepan.
- 13. Let the zest cook in the liquid for about two minutes.
- 14. Let the syrup cool down completely.
- 15. Drizzle the cooled lemon syrup over the cold cream.
- 16. Serve the dessert immediately.
