Ingredients
- 500 g lemons (unwaxed)
- 3 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 500 ml olive oil
- 4 tbsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lemons into small pieces.
- 2. Place the lemon pieces, cloves, salt, and bay leaves into the jars.
- 3. Cover everything with the olive oil.
- 4. Let the lemons infuse in the oil for three days before using.
