Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 untreated lemon (juice)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 700 g shrimp (kitchen-ready, peeled and deveined)
- 1 untreated lemon
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 3. Mix the chopped garlic with lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 4. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly.
- 5. Place the shrimp in the marinade and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
- 6. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- 7. Slice the lemons into thin rounds.
- 8. Place the lemon slices on the grill as well.
- 9. Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- 10. Remove the skewers and grilled lemon slices from the grill.
- 11. Plate the shrimp and serve with the lemon slices.
- 12. Serve the dish immediately.
