  1. 1. Peel the lemons thoroughly using a sharp knife.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onions briefly.
  4. 4. Mix the sautéed onion with parsley, eggs, mustard, and paprika powder into the minced meat.
  5. 5. Knead in breadcrumbs as needed until the mixture is moldable and not too soft.
  6. 6. Shape the mixture into oval meatballs.
  7. 7. Fry the balls in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
  8. 8. Remove the meatballs and let them drain on kitchen paper.
  9. 9. Pour out the excess oil from the pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the garlic cloves briefly in the pan.
  11. 11. Deglaze the pan with meat broth.
  12. 12. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  13. 13. Add the lemon slices to the boiling sauce.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  15. 15. Arrange the meatballs on plates.
  16. 16. Place the lemon slices from the sauce on top of the meatballs.
  17. 17. Remove the remaining sauce from the heat.
  18. 18. Stir cold butter into the warm sauce.
