🍰 Simple Lemon Dessert

Ingredients
- 4 large organic lemons
- 250 ml lemon sorbet (ready-made product, frozen)
- 5 sprigs mint
- 150 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemons under hot water and pat them dry.
- 2. Roll the lemons back and forth on the work surface with your flat hand to soften them.
- 3. Cut off a thin slice from the top and bottom so the lemons stand stably.
- 4. Squeeze the lemons gently with your hands and catch the juice in a bowl.
- 5. Carefully remove the pulp with a melon baller without damaging the peel.
- 6. Take the lemon sorbet from the freezer and let it thaw for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 7. Wash the mint, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves off.
- 8. Finely chop the mint.
- 9. Place the sorbet in a separate bowl.
- 10. Add the chopped mint, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and the yogurt.
- 11. Whisk the mixture vigorously with a whisk.
- 12. Fill the mixture into a disposable piping bag.
- 13. Fill the empty lemon peel with the cream.
- 14. Place the cut-off lid back on the lemons.
- 15. Put the lemons back in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
- 16. Serve the dessert chilled.
