Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 300 g yogurt
- 1 lemon (juice)

- lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water.
- 3. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Separate the wings into two parts at the joint if you prefer.
- 5. Whisk the oil, lemon juice, and paprika powder together in a bowl.
- 6. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade until they are well coated.
- 7. Season the wings with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 8. Distribute the wings evenly among four ovenproof dishes.
- 9. Place one sprig of fresh rosemary in each dish.
- 10. Place the dishes into the preheated oven.
- 11. Bake the wings for about 25 minutes.
- 12. Turn the wings occasionally during baking to ensure even browning.
- 13. Whisk the yogurt with the remaining lemon juice in a small bowl.
- 14. Season the yogurt sauce with a pinch of salt.
- 15. Cut the lemon into small wedges or corners.
- 16. Garnish the cooked chicken wings with the lemon wedges.
- 17. Serve the wings hot alongside the yogurt sauce.
