🍽️ Aromatic Cinnamon Blossom Tea with Chocolate Foam

Ingredients
- 1 tsp cinnamon blossoms
- 1 tsp black tea (or Rooibos tea)
- 1 cardamom pod
- 80 ml milk (1.5% fat; preferably UHT milk)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (without sugar)
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Add the cinnamon blossoms, tea, and cardamom to a small pot.
- 2. Pour in 400 milliliters of water.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 4. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- 5. Let the tea simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 6. Meanwhile, warm the milk in a second pot.
- 7. Stir the cocoa into the warm milk using a whisk.
- 8. Whip the chocolate milk into a fine-pored foam using a milk frother or the whisk.
- 9. Strain the cinnamon blossom tea through a sieve into your mugs or cups.
- 10. Sweeten the tea to taste with liquid sweetener.
- 11. Gently spoon the chocolate foam onto the tea.
