  1. 1. Add 150 milliliters of cream, milk, pear juice, cinnamon, and 50 grams of sugar into a pot.
  2. 2. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
  3. 3. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the cinnamon stick from the liquid.
  5. 5. Add the chestnuts to the mixture.
  6. 6. Puree the chestnut mixture with a hand blender until it becomes a smooth cream.
  7. 7. Let the cream cool down while stirring occasionally.
  8. 8. Distribute the cooled cream onto small bowls.
  9. 9. Whip the remaining cream with the remaining sugar and vanilla powder until it is semi-stiff.
  10. 10. Spread the whipped cream over the chestnut cream.
  11. 11. Dust the cream with cocoa powder.
  12. 12. Serve the cinnamon chestnut cream immediately.
