🍽️ Goat Cheese Rolls with Garlic

Ingredients
- 6 black olives (pitted)
- 6 dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- 100 g goat cream cheese
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 garlic bulbs
- 8 thin lamb cutlets (approx. 80 g each)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 lemon (sliced)
Instructions
- 1. Drain the tomatoes.
- 2. Finely chop the tomatoes and the olives.
- 3. Mix the chopped ingredients with the cream cheese mixture.
- 4. Season the mixture with oregano and pepper.
- 5. Halve the garlic bulbs crosswise.
- 6. Pound the cutlets flat.
- 7. Salt and pepper the cutlets.
- 8. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cutlets.
- 9. Roll up the cutlets.
- 10. Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
- 11. Heat the oil in a large pan.
- 12. Fry the rolls on all sides over medium heat for approx. 4 minutes.
- 13. Remove the rolls from the pan.
- 14. Keep the rolls warm.
- 15. Fry the garlic halves with the cut sides down for approx. 2 minutes.
- 16. Pour 100 ml of water into the pan.
- 17. Cook the garlic covered over low heat for approx. 8 minutes.
- 18. Add the rolls back to the pan.
- 19. Let the rolls finish cooking.
- 20. Take half a garlic bulb and two rolls.
- 21. Remove the toothpicks from the rolls.
- 22. Plate the food on a pre-warmed plate.
- 23. Garnish the dish with lemon wedges.
