  1. 1. Drain the tomatoes.
  2. 2. Finely chop the tomatoes and the olives.
  3. 3. Mix the chopped ingredients with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. 4. Season the mixture with oregano and pepper.
  5. 5. Halve the garlic bulbs crosswise.
  6. 6. Pound the cutlets flat.
  7. 7. Salt and pepper the cutlets.
  8. 8. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cutlets.
  9. 9. Roll up the cutlets.
  10. 10. Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
  11. 11. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  12. 12. Fry the rolls on all sides over medium heat for approx. 4 minutes.
  13. 13. Remove the rolls from the pan.
  14. 14. Keep the rolls warm.
  15. 15. Fry the garlic halves with the cut sides down for approx. 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Pour 100 ml of water into the pan.
  17. 17. Cook the garlic covered over low heat for approx. 8 minutes.
  18. 18. Add the rolls back to the pan.
  19. 19. Let the rolls finish cooking.
  20. 20. Take half a garlic bulb and two rolls.
  21. 21. Remove the toothpicks from the rolls.
  22. 22. Plate the food on a pre-warmed plate.
  23. 23. Garnish the dish with lemon wedges.
