  8. 8. Cut out the hard stem areas in a wedge shape.
  9. 9. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
  10. 10. Heat a non-stick pan with a diameter of 24 centimeters.
  11. 11. Spread the oil evenly across the hot pan.
  12. 12. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
