  2. 2. Spread the spice mixture onto a clean work surface.
  3. 3. Roll the goat cheese log in the spices.
  4. 4. Press the spices gently so they stick well.
  5. 5. Slice the spiced cheese roll into even rounds.
  6. 6. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
  7. 7. Place the tomatoes briefly in boiling water (this is called blanching).
  8. 8. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Halve the tomatoes and remove the core.
  10. 10. Dice the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  11. 11. Place the tomato cubes into a bowl.
  12. 12. Add two tablespoons of olive oil.
  13. 13. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  14. 14. Add chopped garlic and basil.
  15. 15. Add the beans to the tomato mixture.
