  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  3. 3. Remove the hard core from the tomato halves.
  4. 4. Dice the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic clove.
  6. 6. Mince the garlic very finely.
  7. 7. Place the diced tomatoes in a bowl.
  8. 8. Add the finely chopped garlic.
  9. 9. Drizzle some oil over the tomato mixture.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with pepper.
  12. 12. Mix all ingredients well together.
  13. 13. Toast the bread until dark brown.
  14. 14. Drizzle the toasted bread slices with a little olive oil.
  15. 15. Lightly salt the bread slices drizzled with oil.
  16. 16. Cut the goat cheese into four equal parts.
  17. 17. Place one quarter of goat cheese on each bread slice.
  18. 18. Add one to two tablespoons of the tomato mixture on top of the cheese.
  19. 19. Serve the dish immediately.
  20. 20. Season the toast again with pepper if desired.
