🍽️ Oven-Baked Goat Cheese with Cranberries

Ingredients
- 2 goat cheese rolls (à 200 g)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 70 g cranberries (in a jar)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the goat cheese into 1 cm thick slices.
- 2. Place the cheese slices on a 15x15 cm piece of aluminum foil.
- 3. Drizzle some olive oil over the cheese.
- 4. Season the cheese with black pepper.
- 5. Scatter a few rosemary needles and cranberries over the cheese.
- 6. Carefully seal the aluminum foil into a packet.
- 7. Place the packet on the hot grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 8. Open the packets and serve the cheese.
