  2. 2. Place the jars upside down on a kitchen towel and let them dry.
  3. 3. Cut the feta into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
  4. 4. Layer the feta slices and the cream cheese discs into the jars.
  5. 5. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise into thin rings.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.
  7. 7. Wash the lemon thoroughly with hot water and dry it.
  8. 8. Slice the lemon thinly.
  9. 9. Pluck the needles off the rosemary sprigs.
  10. 10. Add the chili rings, garlic slices, lemon slices, and sage leaves to the jars.
  11. 11. Fill the jars completely with oil.
  12. 12. Sprinkle some salt and chili flakes on top.
  13. 13. Seal the jars tightly.
  14. 14. Let the jars infuse in a cool, dark place for about 1 week.
