🍽️ Grilled Goat Cheese Rolls in Grape Leaves

Ingredients
- 360 g Goat cheese roll (2 Goat cheese rolls)
- 10 Grape leaves
- 1 Lemon (Organic)
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut each goat cheese roll into 5 to 6 equal slices.
- 2. Wash the lemon thoroughly and pat it dry.
- 3. Finely grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Toss the cheese slices briefly in the lemon juice to coat them.
- 5. Sprinkle the cheese with the lemon zest and fresh pepper.
- 6. Wrap each individual cheese slice in a single grape leaf.
- 7. Secure each packet firmly with a wooden skewer.
- 8. Brush the outside of the grape leaves with oil.
- 9. Place the packets on the hot grill in the outer area.
- 10. Grill the packets for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- 11. Serve the warm packets hot together with white bread and wine.
