🍽️ Small Tartlets of Goat and Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 sheets white gelatin
- 200 g double cream fresh cheese
- 200 g young, soft goat cheese
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch chervil
- 6 tbsp whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Place the gelatin in a bowl of cold water for five minutes.
- 2. Put the cream cheese and goat cheese into a separate bowl.
- 3. Mix the two types of cheese thoroughly.
- 4. Season the cheese mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
- 6. Wash the chervil thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 7. Set aside a handful of chervil leaves for decoration.
- 8. Finely chop the remaining chervil.
- 9. Heat the cream in a pot.
- 10. Squeeze the soaked gelatin lightly.
- 11. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm cream.
- 12. Stir the gelatin-cream mixture into the cheese mixture.
- 13. Add the diced onion and the chopped chervil.
- 14. Mix everything well together.
- 15. Taste the mixture again and adjust with salt and pepper.
- 16. Line four small molds (each approx. 100 milliliters) with cling film.
- 17. Fill the cheese mixture evenly into the molds.
- 18. Place the molds in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
- 19. Carefully turn out the tartlets from the molds.
- 20. Remove the cling film from the tartlets.
- 21. Arrange the tartlets on plates.
- 22. Decorate the tartlets with the reserved chervil leaves.
- 23. Serve the tartlets immediately.
