🍽️ Crostini with Goat Cheese and Tomato

Ingredients
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 8 slices ciabatta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g goat cream cheese
- 1 handful basil
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Switch the oven to the grill setting and preheat it.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and then cut them in half.
- 3. Place the bread slices on the oven rack.
- 4. Toast the slices under the grill until they are golden brown on both sides.
- 5. Take the toasted slices out of the oven.
- 6. Rub the cut surfaces of the garlic cloves over the warm bread surface.
- 7. Drizzle some oil onto the garlic-coated slices.
- 8. Spread the goat cream cheese mixture evenly over the slices.
- 9. Place the tomato halves and the basil leaves on top of the cheese.
- 10. Add a splash of lemon juice and a little more oil over the topped slices.
- 11. Season the crostini with black pepper and serve them.
