🍽️ Goat cheese with rosemary, figs and crackers

Ingredients
- 300 g goat cheese
- 100 g whipping cream
- 2 tsp rosemary needles (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 figs
- 1 packet crackers (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the goat cheese with the cream and honey until you have a smooth mixture.
- 2. Finely chop the rosemary and fold it into the cheese mixture.
- 3. Use two spoons to take small portions of the cheese mixture and shape them into small dumplings.
- 4. Wash the figs thoroughly and then pat them dry.
- 5. Cut the figs into small wedges.
- 6. Arrange the cheese dumplings, the fig wedges and the crackers decoratively on the plates.
- 7. Serve the dish immediately as a snack or light meal.
