🍽️ Fresh Zaziki with Flatbread

Ingredients
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 2 small cucumbers
- salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the cucumbers in half.
- 3. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
- 4. Grate the cucumber flesh coarsely.
- 5. Mix the grated cucumber with one teaspoon of salt.
- 6. Let the mixture sit for ten minutes.
- 7. Rinse the cucumber under cold water.
- 8. Squeeze the water out of the cucumber.
- 9. Set aside one or two tablespoons of the cucumber.
- 10. Mix the remaining cucumber with the yogurt.
- 11. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 12. Press the garlic directly into the yogurt mixture.
- 13. Stir everything well.
- 14. Season the sauce with vinegar and salt to taste.
- 15. Place the sauce in a bowl.
- 16. Decorate the surface with the reserved cucumber pieces.
- 17. Serve with the flatbread.
