🍽️ Creamy Zabaione

Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 200 ml Marsala (Italian liqueur wine)
- cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar in a stainless steel bowl with a hand mixer until the mixture is light and frothy.
- 2. Pour the wine into the egg yolk and sugar mixture and stir everything well.
- 3. Place the stainless steel bowl over a pot with hot, but not boiling water (bain-marie).
- 4. Continue to beat the cream in the hot water bath with the hand mixer until it becomes thick and frothy.
- 5. Remove the bowl from the hot water bath and place it in a bath of cold water.
- 6. Continue to stir the cream in the cold water bath until it has cooled completely.
- 7. Divide the finished cream among small bowls.
- 8. Dust the zabaione with cocoa powder to taste and serve.
