  1. 1. Prepare the vegetables, washing everything thoroughly. Cut carrots into batons, zucchini into slices, bell pepper into strips, and spring onions into rings.
  2. 2. Add the cut vegetables to boiling salted water for about 6 minutes, drain, immediately shock with cold water, and let drain well. Then mix with crème fraîche, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and pat them dry carefully.
  4. 4. Fry the yufka sheets one by one in hot butter, then top with lettuce and distribute the vegetables evenly on top. Then roll up, cut in the middle, and serve the yufka wraps.
