🍽️ Grilled Sausage and Pepper Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 0.5 kg mixed frying sausages (to your liking)
- 0.5 kg mixed frying sausages (to your liking)
- skewers
- beer (for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the bell peppers thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the bell peppers into small cubes measuring about 2 by 3 centimeters.
- 3. Leave some of the large sausages whole.
- 4. Cut the remaining large sausages into pieces about 4 centimeters long.
- 5. Keep the small sausages whole as well.
- 6. Make several diagonal slashes into the surface of the sausages with a knife.
- 7. Thread sausages and bell pepper pieces onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 8. Thread the large sausage pieces twice onto the skewers to make them more stable.
- 9. Place the skewers on the grill for about 8 minutes.
- 10. Turn the skewers occasionally during the grilling time.
- 11. Brush the skewers with beer repeatedly in between.
