🍽️ Grilled Veal Sausage Skewers with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
- 4 veal frying sausages
- 1 red bell pepper
- Pickled pearl onions (from the jar)
- Mustard (coarse-grained)
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the veal bratwursts into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 3. Halve the bell peppers and remove the inside including the seeds.
- 4. Cut the deseeded pepper pieces into large chunks.
- 5. Drain the pearl onions well.
- 6. Thread the sausage pieces, pepper chunks, and pearl onions onto the metal skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 7. Preheat the charcoal grill (or use a tabletop grill as an alternative).
- 8. Grill the skewers on the hot grill from both sides.
- 9. Generously sprinkle the finished skewers with black pepper.
- 10. Serve the skewers with mustard on the side.
