🍽️ Sausage Salad

Ingredients
- 6 Regensburg sausages
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Stack the sausages and slice them thinly. Arrange them in a circular pattern on a large plate.
- 2. Peel the onions and cut them into very thin rings or slice them, then sprinkle over the sausage slices. Mix white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil, and drizzle the salad with it. Garnish with chives and serve.
