  1. 1. Remove the skin from the meat sausage and slice the sausage into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings.
  2. 2. Mix the white wine vinegar and mustard well with salt, pepper, and sugar. Marinate the sausage and onion rings in this mixture.
  3. 3. Wash the chives, spin them dry, and cut them into small rolls. Clean the radishes, pat them dry, and slice them thinly.
  4. 4. Shortly before serving, fold in the oil, radishes, and chives into the sausage salad and season generously with freshly ground pepper.
