🍽️ Wurst Salad

Ingredients
- 300 g Lyoner sausage
- 1 white onion (or 3 shallots)
- 7 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch sugar
- chives
- 10 radishes
- 5 tbsp neutral oil
Instructions
- 1. Remove the skin from the meat sausage and slice the sausage into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings.
- 2. Mix the white wine vinegar and mustard well with salt, pepper, and sugar. Marinate the sausage and onion rings in this mixture.
- 3. Wash the chives, spin them dry, and cut them into small rolls. Clean the radishes, pat them dry, and slice them thinly.
- 4. Shortly before serving, fold in the oil, radishes, and chives into the sausage salad and season generously with freshly ground pepper.
